No caffeine for Derbyshire hospital patients in a bid to increase patient safety

Tea and coffee is no longer being offered to patients at many Derbyshire hospitals in a bid to increase patient safety. Vehicles seized as part of ‘Operation Drive Insured’

Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team officers have taken part in a county wide operation to target drivers using vehicles without insurance. A52 housing plans for Risley/Sandiacre

Scores of homes could soon be built alongside the M1 and A52 on the outskirts of a Derbyshire town, in the protected Green Belt. The plans, from Wheeldon Brothers, NM & DA Thorpe and NA Cotton, would involve 150 houses being built off Bostocks Lane, in Risley, next to the M1 and A52 junction for Sandiacre.
