Businesses selling tobacco, vaping or nicotine products are being urged to get ready for changes in the law which if ignored could land them with a £200 fine. Derbyshire council resources will be directed toward filling potholes rather than removing flags installed on lampposts, its Reform UK leadership has said. Stop leads to arrest and drug seizure

Police officers from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team have partnered with those from Ilkeston as well as the Erewash Local Policing Unit to stop a vehicle across the border in Stapleford. The action came after information was received that it was being used to supply drugs in the area.
