Relive school memories at the 2026 Ilkeston Community Theatre and Festival event

Officials behind the Ilkeston Community Theatre and Festival are offering local people the chance to look at old photographs and newspaper clippings about their old school, and to bring along their own photos, listen a tiny bit to the history of the school and have a good chat and reunion with old school friends over cups of tea and coffee.

Ilkeston Library is set to play host at the event – details to be confirmed – but representatives for Ilkeston Grammar and Kirk Hallam Schools are already slated to take part to lead individual events.
