Looking for a fun way to get fit, de-stress, and learn new skills? Come join our Kickboxercise class at the Cotmanhay Community Network! Whether you’re a total beginner or a fitness enthusiast, we’ve got a spot for you. Every Wednesday 6-7pm, Old Bennerly School site, Vernon Street, Ilkeston.

£6 per session OR £20 for 4 classes (save £4!)

Get ready for a high-energy hour that focuses on your body and mind. Our sessions include: fitness circuits, fitness technique, flexibility & mobility. No need to bring your own equipment as all equipment is provided.

You’re in expert hands! Claire brings 22 years of fitness experience to every session. Claire’s qualifications include: Qualified Box England  Coach, Paragon Blackbelt Academy Certified Blackbelt and Professional Aerial Instructor. Claire’s classes are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and—most importantly—great fun.
