Erewash Sound launches a weekly Business Show

Erewash Sound has launched a brand new weekly show for local businesses.  Originally co-hosted by local PR company boss Tina Clough, the Tuesday night show is now co-hosted by Tina's former colleagues, local business-women, Sally Peacock and Sheralyn Pattinson.

The one-hour slot, which airs every Tuesday at 7pm from July 4th 2023, is led by Emma Duthie and features interviews with local business owners across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, covering topics affecting the business community and there is a regular round up of the latest regional business news with Sarah Buck.

If you don't manage to catch the show as it goes to air, it is being made available on the Listen Again service from the Erewash Sound website.

The guest interviewees will of course represent businessmen as well as women, and hosts can select their own guests each week.

Sally Peacock owns Curves gym in Ilkeston, while trained legal professional Sheralyn Pattinson’s roles include owner of Derby-based doggy day-care business Woofterful and director of Elvaston Castle & Gardens Trust.

Jeff Martin, director and station manager of Erewash Sound, said: “We’ve got a great relationship with our listeners and do lots to support local charitable organisations. But for some reason we’ve not really built up many links with our wonderful business community.

“I’d really like to see that relationship flourish. I was keen on having three women to host the new show as, completely unintentionally, a lot of our other day-time output is actually quite male oriented. 

“I’m delighted that Tina, Sally and Sheralyn have all agreed to take part. This show has all the hallmarks of becoming a great success.”
