A male has been charged with a public order offence and remanded into custody for a forthcoming appearance in court.
Long Eaton Police Officers were called to an address in Briar Gate in the town following the receipt of reports that a male was seen acting suspiciously and had entered a garden at a property and allegedly verbally abused the resident. The 31 year old, who was not publicly named, was promptly arrested and detained, pending his appearance in court in the county. No further details have been released.
