Local developer submits planning for Long Eaton mill restoration

A local developer has stepped in to help restore a Long Eaton landmark after submitting an application for planning permission. ALB Group purchased Bridge Mills in Derby Road, Long Eaton in 2021 with a view to transforming the three-storey, former lace factory into residential development.
