Man charged with illegally selling goods door-to-door without a licence

A man has been charged with illegally selling goods door-to-door without a licence. Roy Greasly of Brentford Drive, Mackworth in Derby, has been charged with acting as a pedlar without having obtained a certificate under the Pedlars Act 1871. The charge relates to an incident in Lord Haddon Road, Ilkeston, on Thursday 1st January. The 38-year old is due to appear before Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on Monday 30th March.
