Gez Addictive: What new artists & bands need to have ready to succeed.

If you work in Derby’s grassroots music scene then there’s a high chance you will have heard of Gez Addictive. He’s the founder of two, not-for-profit, CIC’s in Derby – AlphaPro Creative & FUZZ music services – which aim to give independent music artists the tools & education they need to make it as a performer not only here in the East Midlands but across the UK. Kirsty Corbett caught up with Gez to find out what new artists, just starting out on the music scene, need to prepare, make & have if they want to get far.
