Up to 800 extra frontline staff to join region’s ambulance service by 2028

More emergency staff and more vehicles will be put on the East Midlands’ roads courtesy of a multi-million investment from ambulance bosses. Ambulance trust lost more than 19,000 handover hours due to ‘ongoing pressures’
