Derby’s Yellow Caravan man has been banned from occupying city land without permission after an injunction was imposed. An email seen from Derby City Council’s legal team says the legal order was served by a court judge to Stephen Bullock – otherwise known as Tiggz Dat Author or the “Yellow Caravan Man”. Prayers have been formally reintroduced to Derbyshire County Council’s constitution by Reform UK, despite opposition over the need to separate religion and government.
