Seven people have been injured after a car was driven into pedestrians in a Derby City street. The vehicle, a black Suzuki Swift, struck a number of people in Friar Gate at about 9.30pm on Saturday 28th March. Father tells of struggles after newborn baby loss

Rolls-Royce has secured millions in European cash to lead a research project supporting the development and ground testing of new aero engine propulsion technology. Bus passengers in Nottingham are among the most satisfied in England - with 93 per cent reporting positive journeys. The results of Transport Focus’s annual Your Bus Journey survey place Nottingham second in England for satisfaction, just behind Warwickshire.
