Two men have been charged after a man was robbed in Long Eaton. The incident happened when a man aged in his 20s had his bag containing mobile phone, power pack and vape stolen whilst on Tamworth Road at about 10pm on Saturday 30th May. Officers from the Neighbourhood Acquisitive Crime Team (NACT) and the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) worked together to investigate the incident. Police officers in Long Eaton have identified a motorist who was driving despite being disqualified. The stop of the Ford Mondeo on 1st June in the area, resulted in a vehicle and roadside check being carried out.
