Revealed! Names for Food Waste lorries
Having recently asked borough residents for help with naming six brand-new food waste vehicles after the rollout of new food waste collections started in March, Erewash Borough Council officials have announced the results. One vehicle has been proudly named Ernie, after a local boy with autism who adores bin lorries. Four more vehicles were named by pupils through a local schools' competition.
