Seven injured after car is driven into pedestrians in City Centre street
Seven people have been injured after a car was driven into pedestrians in a Derby City street. The vehicle, a black Suzuki Swift, struck a number of people in Friar Gate at about 9.30pm on Saturday 28th March. The injured were treated at the scene by ambulance crews before being taken to Royal Derby Hospital and Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, having suffered a range of serious but not life-threatening injuries.
