Futures Housing secures £140m refinancing deal
Housing association Futures Housing Group has successfully completed a £140 million refinancing deal with a high-street bank in order to support its long-term investment in its homes and services. The East Midlands landlord has also been able to extend its revolving credit facility and take advantage of a Social Housing Loan as part of the package.
