20-year planning blueprint for two East Midlands cities and counties
Work has started on a 20-year plan for new villages, towns, roads and city extensions across Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The East Midlands Combined County Authority has umbrella-style planning powers which will now see it outline broad areas for new villages, towns and urban extensions.
