Derby’s Yellow Caravan man has been banned from occupying city land without permission after an injunction was imposed. An email seen from Derby City Council’s legal team says the legal order was served by a court judge to Stephen Bullock – otherwise known as Tiggz Dat Author or the “Yellow Caravan Man”. Replacement of Derby’s historic Bennetts store begins to move forward

Work to replace a historic Derby department store is starting to move forward – almost three years after plans were approved. Bennetts was in Derby city centre for almost 300 years before its closure in 2019. The Iron Gate shop was often referred to as the world’s first department store and now operates online.
