An Ilkeston womnan has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order which will be in place for two years. Chancellor’s Spring Statement offers little to incentivise business growth

The East Midlands Chamber has renewed its call for supportive policies to encourage firms to invest following the Chancellor’s Spring Statement. The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) downgraded its GDP growth projection for 2026 from 1.4% to 1.1% but forecast an increase to 1.6% in 2026 and 2027, while unemployment is predicted to peak this year, before falling. Parents across Derbyshire find out about their child’s secondary school place for September today (Monday 2nd March). The county council has made offers of places to just under 9,000 Derbyshire children on what is called National Offer Day Of those parents who applied by the closing date 94.8% per cent have been offered their first preference school.
