A man has been charged following an alleged armed robbery in Ilkeston. Derbyshire Police officers were called to reports of a man having threatened staff at the One Stop shop in Charlotte Street at around 6:45pm on 1st May before taking a till and running from the store. Vehicle seized in Ilkeston over ‘suspicious driving’, found to have false number plates

A Police patrol in Ilkeston led to the seizure of a vehicle which had been seen being driven in a suspicious manner. The incident in the town centre led to further enquiries and checks being made on the vehicle which revealed it was being driven on false number plates and was also in a non-road-worthy condition. CCTV released as part of appeal into arson attack

Derbyshire Police officials have released CCTV of a man wanted for questioning in relation to an arson attack in Ilkeston. A man walked past a property in Quarry Hill Road at about 8:00pm on Sunday 19th April, stopped, pulled a lighter out of his pocket and set fire to a tarpaulin before leaving the scene.
