Hedgerow Heroes celebrate nature restoration achievement

Regional charities Groundwork Five Counties and CPRE Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire have concluded their collaborative nature restoration project. The aim of the ‘Hedgerow Heroes’ project was to restore 2 kilometres of hedgerows, which they have surpassed with a total of 2.6km. Revealed: East Mids areas with the highest care home ratings as region takes 6th place in England

The local authorities across the East Midlands with the best performing care homes have been revealed, thanks to a new report from online training provider High Speed Training. Greater support needed to boost export says Chamber as national research shows falling orders among smaller businesses

East Midlands Chamber has renewed its call for increased support for exporters after new data showed a significant split in overseas orders based on business size. Micro-exporters and SMEs reported more falling than rising orders, while for larger firms the results were the other way round. Equine charity reveals over 2,000 road incidents involving horses have been recorded in East Midlands since 2016

Alarming new statistics from equine charity, British Horse Society (BHS) show that 2,095 road incidents involving horses have been recorded across the East Midlands since 2016.
