TUESDAY:
Weekly men's group: Tuesday mornings 10:00am to 12noon on the Zoom Videoconferening Platform. Join in for a chat!
Monthly branch meeting: first Tuesday of every month from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Come along to the church, join in, meet other members, hear guest speakers and take part in activities.
Boxercise with Megan: non-contact boxing-style exercise for people with Parkinson's held weekly on Tuesdays from 11am to 12noon via the Zoom Video Conferencing Platform.
THURSDAY:
Tai Chi: Thursdays from 10:00am to 11:00am at Chester Green Community Centre. Please call Carol Gascoyne on 07920 080443 or the Community Centre directly on 07745 678155.
Movers and Shakers: A singing group which gets together weekly, on Thursdays from 1pm at Littleover Methodist Church, DE23 6EP.
FRIDAY:
Cricket for Parkinson's with Derbyshire Cricket Foundation: £3 per person, carers go free, 10:45am to 12:15pm at St. Nicholas Church, 2 Lawn Avenue, Allestree, Derby DE22 2PE. SATURDAY:
Monthly squad meeting: first Saturday of every month from 11:00am to 12:15pm. A chance to get together to meet others and share experiences - for those roughly still of working age. These sessions are held on the First Floor of the St Peter's Centre - Derby DE1 1NN.
Saturday Coffee Mornings: third Saturday of each month between 10:15am and 11:45am at Broadway Baptist Church, Darley Abbey, Derby. DE22 1BP. Join in for a chat and a cuppa, a popular affle and other activities.

Parkinson's UK Derby branch has over 200 members and is run by a Committee of volunteers. It is funded by donations from local people and organisations and from money-raising activities. If you would like to help organise an activity, do something new or just help out in some way, volunteers are always welcome. Please get in touch.
