New steel import tariffs must be addressed by ministers, Chamber tells MPs

East Midlands Chamber has called on the region’s MPs to lobby ministers to take action against imminent changes to steel import tariffs, that the Chamber says could add significant cost and ‘run into millions’ for some importers. Rolls-Royce has announced it has signed two trilateral agreements to accelerate the introduction of advanced nuclear technologies in the UK. Train-maker Alstom has revealed it spent more than £720 million over the past year with UK suppliers. Fugitive tracked down in Belgium is 100th Operation Captura arrest

Another fugitive from the National Crime Agency’s “most wanted” list has been arrested. Spencer Dillon Lamb, 33, was detained by Belgian police officers in a rental property in Brecht on Thursday 18th June.
