Two Derbyshire Constabulary call handlers have been charged with misconduct in public office, following an investigation directed by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), over allegations they passed confidential information to criminals. Hedgerow Heroes celebrate nature restoration achievement

Regional charities Groundwork Five Counties and CPRE Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire have concluded their collaborative nature restoration project. The aim of the ‘Hedgerow Heroes’ project was to restore 2 kilometres of hedgerows, which they have surpassed with a total of 2.6km. Revealed: East Mids areas with the highest care home ratings as region takes 6th place in England
