Have Your Say on the shape of the future of Cotmanhay, with the chance to win a £25 voucher

Cotmanhay has been selected to receive £20 million through the Government’s Pride in Place Programme.

The Pride in Place Programme is a new government funding programme, aimed at putting power into the hands of local people in some of the most in-need neighbourhoods across the UK, so that they can decide how to regenerate their local area.

It gives local people control of up to £2m every year for the next ten years, to be spent on projects that will make a real difference to the neighbourhoods they live in.

The Pride in Place programme is fundamentally community-led, requiring meaningful engagement and collaboration with local residents and stakeholders to shape both the long-term vision and investment priorities.

With this in mind, the first step is to identify the themes and priorities that the Pride in Place programme will look to address.

A short five-minute survey has been designed to understand what matters most to local people, the challenges residents face, and the opportunities people want to see over the next 10 years

Responses will help influence future projects and improvements in Cotmanhay.

This is the first stage of community engagement. At a later stage groups will be invited to submit project ideas which will also inform the vision.
