31 e-scooters seized during February 2026

A further 31 illegally used e-scooters have been seized by Police officers across the county. More than 700 e-scooters have been removed from the streets since Derbyshire Police began their ‘seize first’ approach in November 2024. Police Officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood Team seized over £4,000 worth of illegal cigarettes and tobacco and a vehicle that was used in crime.
