Ilkeston Police Officers are appealing for the public’s help to identify a pictured after three people were assaulted at a petrol station. The incident occurred at the Asda petrol station in Nottingham Road in the town at around 1:30am on Sunday 31st May. Arrest made for drug and knife offences in Long Eaton

Police officers from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team have taken action after spotting a young male on a bike who was loitering and acting suspiciously on Wilsthorpe Road. On Monday 13th July, offices went to speak to the male who then tried to make off, but after a brief tussle, he was detained for a stop-search under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. A Long Eaton man has been jailed after what turned out to be a complex incident in the town centre earlier this year.
