A new shop has opened in Ilkeston to provide much needed support locally.
The non-profit making shop - 'Emma's Emporium' is operated by Emma Tansley and works in partnership with Social Services, Doorways - the homeless charity and CAMHS as well as many more to cut out the red tape so that adults and children can get the items that they need for free. The shop at 1, Pelham Steet sells items just to cover running costs of providing a space for the community to come for help, especially those who are lonely.
Pop in today, say hello and offer your support with a purchase!
